These Terms and Conditions describe the terms that apply to use of the Speedy Auto Lockout website and to requested vehicle lockout services and related services. Questions about these Terms may be directed by telephone to (407) 449-2026.
Services
Speedy Auto Lockout provides vehicle lockout services. Services may also include dead-battery assistance, including jump-start or boost assistance when appropriate.
Website Use
The Speedy Auto Lockout website provides information about our vehicle lockout services and ways to contact us.
Visitors agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Vehicle Access Authorization
Customers requesting lockout assistance confirm they own the vehicle or have the owner's permission to access it. Speedy Auto Lockout may request reasonable proof of authorization. Service may be refused if authorization cannot reasonably be established or safety/legal concerns exist.
Quotes and Payment
Customers receive and approve a price quote by phone before dispatch.
For most local service calls during regular daytime and evening hours, payment is collected after the service is completed.
For certain service calls, including longer-distance locations, late-night or early-morning requests, or calls involving extended travel time or traffic conditions, payment may be required before dispatch.
Customers will be informed of any advance-payment requirement before dispatch.
Cancellations
Customers should notify Speedy Auto Lockout as soon as possible if they no longer require assistance.
Cancellation fees may apply.
Unsuccessful Vehicle Lockout Attempts
If a lockout technician attempts to unlock a vehicle but determines that it cannot be opened, the customer will not be charged for the unsuccessful lockout.
If payment was collected before dispatch, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
This no-charge policy applies when the technician has attempted the lockout and determined that the service cannot be completed.
Cancellations and situations in which no lockout attempt was made are handled separately under the applicable service and cancellation policies.
Completed-Service Refunds
Completed and successful vehicle lockout services are generally nonrefundable.
Customer complaints and refund requests are reviewed individually. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any customer right that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
Vehicle Condition and Damage
Customers should disclose previous unlocking attempts, including attempts by other individuals.
Previous attempts may damage weatherstripping, door seals, locks, windows, and door frames. Speedy Auto Lockout is not responsible for preexisting damage or damage caused by previous unlocking attempts.
Customers should promptly report damage they believe occurred during our service.
Service Availability
Services depend on technician availability, location, traffic, weather, vehicle conditions, and safety considerations.
Arrival estimates are not guaranteed. Successful vehicle entry cannot always be guaranteed. Service may be declined or discontinued for legitimate safety, legal, or vehicle-related reasons.
Emergency Situations
Speedy Auto Lockout provides vehicle lockout services and is not a substitute for police, fire, or emergency medical services.
If a person or animal is in danger, we strongly recommend calling 911 immediately.
Please do not wait for our technician to arrive.
Independent Contractors
Vehicle lockout services may be performed by independent contractors.
Changes to These Terms
Speedy Auto Lockout may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on its website. The revised date will identify the version posted. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law and Severability
These Terms are governed by Florida law, except where another law applies and cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a court determines that part of these Terms is unenforceable, that part will be enforced only to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
